I unfortunately will not be calling this company again to help me did not stick to ETA’s when they gave them to me which I can understand sometimes and then also when he got there, he made the situation worse by plugging the fan clutch back in and turning the truck on and ripping out the wiring harness for the fan clutch and then said that the fan clutch could not be removed where the truck was and had to be taken to a shop. then I hired a different company to get the job done and watched him take it out where the truck was in less than an hour. All he did was removed the radiator shroud!

I was with a friend and he use the road servives from NTX. The guy was kindly and professional. He checked and knows what was the problem very quickly. In less than a hour he take out a air hose from air compressor to transmission. The guy run to kenworth in Dallas area and bring back with the new one to mount and take 1 hour too. So the part cost around $370 with tax. We think it's ok and the miles too. But 5 hours of work, that the rarely thing.

Very awesome shop super friendly super fast at diagnosis of my issue Got my baby back on the road in a matter of hours if the weekend wouldn't have got in the way . The very nice and professional young lady Marissa was amazing with communication from start to finish . Carlos was as well very professional and up front of what the issue was with my truck . If your in the denton tx area and have any issues with your rig call this shop asap they are amazing,friendly, professional and fast . High quality work and a very clean and comfortable shop and office area . It's like going to visit your comforting family in a time of crisis. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. These guys are the best. They use the same analysis tools that the other shops use but they are so involved in the systems of your truck that they see inside the clues of the analytics and thrown codes to see inside your truck like a Vulcan mind meld. They have Sherlock Holmes’ ability to take all the clues and readouts to see beyond to the underlying situation and get your rig back on the road dependably running.

I visited this place last week and I must admit... I was blown away. They have quick in and out times, which i aplreciate, the STAR staff member is Marissa! She saved my day and had everything worked out for me stress free. MARISSA, YOU ARE A ROCK STAR. i will be back.
